Personalized Poems Make Great Wedding Gifts

Published by J Scott under news and sales

It is summer time and this is a huge season for weddings and perhaps you are invited to some. Don’t forget the economy is not the greatest and you are wondering what would make a heart-felt, long lasting wedding gift and that would be a personalized poem.

I strive to make each poem unique of the couple the poem is made for. I don’t charge extra for a poem with two names on them. The price is always $15. So why buy a poem instead of a blender or toaster? The answer is simple, a poem is something that is cherished and will outlast any old blender or toaster and even money. A poem that reminds the couple why they love each other is always a gift worth giving.

I wrote two poems for my friends who were married a couple of years ago. You can read Sabrina and Matthew and Jessica and Alex as samples of poems with two names.

As always I am looking forward to writing a poem of love for the couple you know or apart of.

Find the Professional You Need- Use Mavenlink

Published by J Scott under news and sales

I am starting a business and I am by myself (really that is how small of a business I am) so what if I need something like a new website design or lawyer or an accountant, what would I do? I wouldn’t know actually, I guess I could comb through the yellow pages or search around on the internet and hopefully find someone that is reasonable and does a good job. Or I could use Mavenlink

Unknown Mavenlink is a freelance marketplace for businesses and freelance professionals alike. What is nice about Mavenlink it is free to sign up and you can post jobs immediately, or if you are a free lancer in one field or another you can post a profile and look for projects. I browsed through the site and I found that I can easily read the details of a project and if I wanted to bid on a project, I would just sign in. Another thing I liked about the site is transparency. You can see who won a particular project and if the project was completed.

I never tried a website such as this before but I am thinking more and more about freelance writing and this just might a good place to start. I am not looking to make a ton of money but I would like to make more than $3 for 500 words which is ridiculous. If you are small business owner this is a site you should belong to because sometime you only need someone for a particular something, so why spend a ton of money on an in house person when you can find a quality person through Mavenlink.

Published by J Scott under news and sales

When I added “the poem for your blog” service I didn’t go into too much detail. This is poem for your blog it can use your blog name, your name, your internet name, a word anything that you want it to be. Perhaps you have a cooking blog you can have me create a poem using the word “cooking” “cookies”, etc.  There is no linking! When I am done writing and designing your poem, it will come to you as a jpeg attachment to your email. At the very bottom of the poem I will only have a copyright and my name.

You purchase a poem for your blog you do not have to write anything about Dragonfly Poems.

This service is all about personalization you tell me how you want something to look including font, clip art and colors or I can create something on my own. The choice is all yours.

The Best Personalized Poem Starts With You

Published by J Scott under news and sales

You are thinking of the best, most meaningful gift you can get for someone, you came to right place. As  I specialize in personalized poems for the one you love. I take the person’s name and create a poem from the letters. This can be very a daunting task especially if I don’t know the person. It is different when I wrote personalized poems for my friends and family members because I know them.

When you look at the order form you will see a large box where I ask you to give me some information about the person. The more information you give me the better the poem will be and ultimately more personalized the poem will be. You know the person.

Some things to think about when giving me information about the person: nickname(s), interests, hobbies, occupation, dreams, favorite memories of the person etc. The goal here is I want to feel like I know the person and want to be able to write a poem just for them. I write time and time again that no personalized poem will be like another and it won’t because everyone is different.

I look forward to writing a heart-felt poem for the one you love. For samples please visit personalized poetry page.

Thanks in advance

Bought Advertising Through PayPerPost

Published by J Scott under news and sales

I really could not pass up an oppurtunity to spend less per post at Pay Per Post, they are doing an experiment where they dropped the cost per post to I believe $.25. Of course, I could have been that cheap but I decided on $2.00. I bought 20 posts plus the $10 service fee and the grand total is $50. What I am expecting, oddly enough are not sales. This was all about page rank since every post I bought had links to be followed and the keyword was personalized poems because that is what I am really pushing.  If I do get a sale than so be it but I think Social Spark will offer more in the way of sales than Pay Per Post.

At the time I am writing this, my page rank is a 1 which is not bad and I should do more participating in link exchanges and such to get more incoming links. The top site for this keyword is a pr 3 the last time I checked so if I know how this works I need at least a pr3 or more to be on top page of search results for “personalized poems”.  What this means is Google will be bring the most traffic from search which is what I want but people will not flip through dozens and dozens of pages to find, they rarely go to page 2.  I need to be one page on for this business to thrive.

I am also thinking of other ways to advetise and make sales, I may just have to buy those pens and take them to work and let people take them. Advertising is the biggest expense when starting a business.

Take care and don’t forget to make this your home for personalized poetry.

Express Your Love with Personalized Poetry

Published by J Scott under news and sales

I know Christmas is barely over and maybe some of you may not be thinking about Valentine’s Day yet however this is a perfect time to start thinking about buying a personalized poem for the one you love. The big question here is why should you part with $15 to buy a poem for someone?

Did you ever get a card that made you so happy that you still have tucked away somewhere and when you are feeling blue, you pull out the card and feel all warm and fuzzy again. A poem, a personalized poem can have the same affect on someone especially when the poem comes from someone that loves them. These poems are limited to people who are in love with each other but for friends as well.

Personalized poetry is made using the person’s name and information provided from you. Every poem is different no matter the name. When I say personalized poetry I create a poem especially for your loved one. For examples of past works please visit personalized poetry and to order your own custom poem click here

I look forward to creating warm fuzzy feelings for the one you love.
